DivorceIY uses Supabase for authentication, database storage, file storage, and realtime collaboration features.

How we use information

We use your information to create accounts, maintain shared cases, generate documents, provide AI-assisted guidance, send service messages, secure the product, and improve reliability.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

OpenAI may process prompts, answers, and case context that you send to AI-assisted guidance features.

Resend may process email addresses and message content for invitation and account-related emails.

Sentry may process error reports, diagnostics, and related technical data if error tracking is enabled.

Sharing

Case information may be visible to people invited into the same shared case.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer, subject to applicable law.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting us, subject to identity verification and legal limits.
